She is proven general manager and global sales leader, with extensive experience steering cross-functional B2B teams to deliver sustained commercial results. She is recognized as a creative, visionary, and results-driven leader, with a unique ability to quickly assess businesses, establish strategic direction, and implement effective execution tools that enable sales organizations to succeed.

DeAnn has formed a well-rounded business acumen based on significant experience across diverse commercial sectors, channels and segments. She supports client success through cross-functional teamwork, strategic discipline, sales leader development, and applicable go-to-market execution. Her work includes global beverage, food and ingredients firms such as PepsiCo, Groupe Danone, Boston Beer Company, SABMiller, SunOpta, Tate & Lyle PLC, Pillsbury (General Mills), and ConAgra Foods Consumer Goods and Commercial Ingredients. She also has experience working in non-food and beverage sectors such as building materials and consumer apparel.
